Thanks to the leadership of Bill Brown during his tenure as the Broken Arrow Rotary Club president, our local school district received necessary funding for its athletics drug testing program.  This and other community programs would not have happened without Bill’s dedication, leadership and heart for service.  As incoming president of the Gatesway  Foundation,  Bill hopes to provide an excellent quality of life for the physically and mentally disabled.
